Validator is a newly launched crypto fund that will invest in crypto assets and crypto networks that are permissionless, have a price and a reasonable degree of liquidity. It will not generally invest in startups or illiquid assets that have no readily marketable price or projects that are not yet operational. The fund is a collective investment scheme in the UK and will be managed by an FCA regulated investment manager, Cavenham Capital Limited.
The fund issues a VALID ERC20 security token to investors which will represent a debenture on the assets of the Fund. Whitelisted verified investors will be able to purchase and redeem tokens at NAV against the issuer, based on the daily NAV.
